Richard has created premier sales organizations in 4 multi nationals across nine countries over 27 years. He has transformed emerging businesses from potential into profitability and created a reputation for making sales success a science.

Richard grew up in Xerox, developing from new business President Club salesman to running a 460 person outsourcing business. He was responsible for business turnaround in 8 countries for Cable and Wireless. Recruited to North America by Telus, a 35,000-person telecommunications business, to evolve the sales channels into a professional selling business. Richard's team reversed the fortunes of the largest division's performance taking a 9% decline into a 16% growth in 18 months.
