Richard Hoy was engaged by Infowave to increase the sales of the business, Infowave was a 22 year old business which had achieved $1.9Million of annualized revenue by 2005. Richard was asked to analyse the root causes of the weak 1st half in May 2006 (less than $500k in sales), he was subsequently engaged execute a corrective plan. The company, under Richard's guidance, achieved $5.3 million in sales by the end of the year.
